Pear Recruitment – Mortgage Advisor – Essex

Salary – £30,000 – £35,000, OTE £60,000

Hours – Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

Full Licence required own car or Car allowance

Our client the largest independent mortgage brokers in Essex, providing independent mortgage and protection advice. Working closely with several estate agents and other introducers, such as builders, accountants, and solicitors, offering independent mortgage and protection advice. As a large introducer, we benefit from several exclusive mortgage rates not available to the public.

Duties will include:

* Collaborating closely with your clients to qualify and provide the most appropriate solutions for their mortgaging requirements, additionally you will also provide guidance on a variety of protection products.

* As an independent mortgage broker, you will have an ability to build your book up over time, developing long standing relationships with your clients and supporting them through any future re-mortgaging needs.

* Prompt management and ownership of the direct web lead enquiries / social media contacts, which has been a growing part of the business.

* Holding appointments with your clients via a combination of telephone calls and video conference.

* Hosting webinars with prospective clients and providing market insights, as such you must be confident with technology and public speaking.

* Overseeing the LinkedIn account in conjunction with our Marketing Department

Essential Requirements:

* CeMap qualified is an essential prerequisite.

* Good communication skills both written and verbal, with an ability to build rapport and understand your clients needs.

* The ability to manage time effectively.

* Strong attention to detail
