Location: Leicester

Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours

Basic Salary: £30,000.00 to £37,000.00 Per Annum DOE

Due to growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking Senior Maintenance Coordinator to join their fantastic team in the Leicester area as a Senior Maintenance Coordinator on a Full Time Permanent basis.   

Senior Maintenance Coordinator role:

As a senior maintenance coordinator, you will be a key individual within the operation of property maintenance.
You will coordinate projects and manage day to day work of the business as well as delegate to your team as appropriate.
Maintain audit and reporting data to ensure compliance and processes are adhered to at all times as a Senior maintenance coordinator
Support other departments as and when necessary and utilise skills experience to improve service level agreements
Work effectively within a busy environment and to tight deadlines as a Senior Maintenance Coordinator

Senior Maintenance Coordinator Candidate:

Previous experience as a planning  and/or maintenance coordinator or Team Leader is ESSENTIAL  
Likeable and enthusiastic personality with a great work ethic
Ability to work under pressure with a ‘problem solving’ attitude as a Senior Maintenance Coordinator
Highly competent of using all Microsoft office packages including MS Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills
