Salary: £25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE circa £36,000)
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
Location: Altrincham

About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated Outbound Call Centre Agent to join their dynamic digital marketing team. This role involves conducting high-volume outbound cold calls to engage businesses, introduce digital marketing services, and drive client acquisition. Success in this position requires consistently meeting KPIs and sales targets, maintaining CRM systems, and collaborating with the sales team to maximize results.

The role provides significant earning potential with an uncapped commission structure, alongside realistic career progression opportunities to advance into a Business Development Manager role with an OTE of up to £90,000.
