Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Associate Surveyor (Lease Advisory) to work with one of our Private Consultancy clients in Birmingham.

What the job will be doing

* Rent reviews

* Lease renewals

* Lease regears

* Proactive in business development and creating new opportunities and an ability to demonstrate a good track record in delivering Lease Advisory services

* Proactive in business development and creating new opportunities and an ability to demonstrate a good track record in delivering Lease Advisory services.

What you will need

* Minimum of 3 – 5 years post qualification experience in Commercial Lease Advisory services

* MRICS / FRICS qualified
