Occupational Therapist - Adult Social Services

Full time locum contract

£32p/h

Located in Norfolk

Our Local Authority Client are recruiting an Occupational Therapist to support their Adult Services in Norfolk on a locum basis initially.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct occupational therapy assessments for individuals discharged to short-term beds from acute hospitals.
Facilitate timely and safe discharges, supporting a smooth transition back home.
Utilise professional expertise to assess needs and develop tailored plans for recovery and independence.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for individuals.
Support the development and implementation of care plans to meet short-term rehabilitation goals.Requirements:

Have a degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
Knowledge of current policy and practice within Health and Social Care.
