Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently looking for a Warehouse Customer Service Advisor on a temp to perm basis for a busy lighting distributor based in WF10, Castleford.
Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm
Friday 8am – 4pm
Pay Rate - £12.11 per hour
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their accounts and orders
* Taking ownership of customer enquiries and make sure that they are resolved.
* Working with key teams across the business.
* Accurately administrating customer account details using our core system.
* Responding to customer enquiries across several platforms (Calls. Email & Live Chat)
* Ensuring that the workplace remains fun, relaxed and friendly!
Experience/Qualifications /Skills:
* Customer Service experience 2 years
* Ideally experienced in taking calls, answering emails and Live Chat
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Highly organised and self-motivated
* Confident and outgoing
* Accurate and attention to detail is essential
