The Role:

Managing costs, budgets, and financial planning for projects
Preparing tenders, contracts, and valuations
Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
Ensuring cost-effective project delivery
Identifying and managing commercial risks
What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong knowledge of cost control and procurement
✅ Excellent numerical and negotiation skills
