About the role

Due to continued expansion, our client is seeking a high-calibre Financial Controller to lead their finance operations, drive the business forward, and ensure a robust risk management framework.The Financial Controller will oversee the company's finance function, ensuring financial compliance, scalability of processes, and strategic alignment with business objectives. The role is crucial in maintaining financial integrity, de-risking operations, and supporting the rapid growth of the company.

Owning third party relationships including external audit, insurance and legalPerson profile

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with sufficient post-qualification experience.
Ideally has experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proven leadership experience managing finance teams.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, controls, and compliance.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial management software (e.g., ERP systems).
This is a rapidly growing environment, the successful candidate will be highly driven, ambitious and with strong work ethic.
Ability to deliver to tight timescales, manage multiple deadlines and priorities.Package
