Your Key Responsibilities:

As our Commercial Property Manager, you’ll be instrumental in:

Conducting valuations, rent reviews, and lease negotiations for commercial properties.

Performing property surveys and maintaining meticulous records.

Promoting our exceptional commercial property management services to clients.

Delivering outstanding customer service and managing administrative duties with precision.

Collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure prompt resolutions for property concerns.

Crafting comprehensive reports to drive business insights.

Managing and expanding a portfolio of commercial properties.

Providing strategic advice and market intelligence.

Working closely with legal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to streamline operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven expertise in commercial property management or surveying.

Comprehensive knowledge of property law, regulations, and market trends.

Proficiency in property management software (Veco preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.

A degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (RICS accreditation preferred) or the drive to progress in this area.

Your own vehicle is essential for this role.
