KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Supporting solicitors in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements and domestic violence cases.

* Drafting legal documents such as petitions, witness statements, and financial disclosures.

* Assisting with case preparation, client correspondence, and legal research.

* Managing client files and keeping detailed records.

* Attending client meetings, court hearings, and mediation sessions when required.

ABOUT YOU:

* Previous experience working as a Family Law Paralegal is essential.

* Strong understanding of family law procedure and regulations.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

* Highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload.

* Proficient in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office.

* A team player who is also comfortable working independently.
