About the Company

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates by reviewing proposals, drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents, analyzing labor, materials, and time requirements

*

Resolve discrepancies through careful analysis of information

*

Present estimates with detailed reports and market trend summaries

*

Maintain and regularly update the cost database

*

Contribute to team success by meeting targets and collaborating effectively

*

Promote health and safety awareness, reporting any risks or concerns promptly

Strong report writing skills with attention to detail

Excellent numerical and analytical skills for accurate estimations

*

Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships

*

Proactive, resilient, and able to work on your initiative

*

Ability to innovate and improve processes for better outcomes

*

Commercial awareness and ability to conduct thorough market analysis

*

Prior experience in an Estimator role

*

Experience in the Electrical, Fire, or Security industries is advantageous, but not essential

*

Continuous improvement experience/qualifications are desirable
