M4 Recruitment are working with a leading recycling business who have immediate requirements for Refuse Drivers on a temporary, ongoing basis.
The role will involve the driving and operation of vehicles collecting household waste and recycling from our customers, delivering a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules as well as our own at all times.
You must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team, delivering a high level of customer service.
The role requires:
An LGV Class 2 licence as well as a CPC card are essential. Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable though not essential.
Experience of working with recycling vehicles, roll on roll off containers, is preferred but not essential as training will be given where necessary
The working hours are 06:15 – 14:45 - Overtime paid at x1.5
Rota could include any days Monday to Saturday - we have assessments available Saturday 6th July with start asap
