We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Account Executive to be a key part of our team’s growth. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, contributing to marketing initiatives, and driving our sales efforts. Are you the right person for the job?
Experience in a client-facing role within the IT sector, such as account management, sales support, or customer service
An understanding of IT services and products with the ability to communicate their benefits clearly to clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and proactive approach
Familiarity with social media management, digital marketing, or other communication tools is beneficial
Organisational skills with the ability to self-manage multiple tasks efficiently
A willingness to learn and develop within the role, with a passion for technology and IT solutions
What will your role look like?
Client Support
Assist in managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their current and future IT needs are met and contributing to high levels of client satisfaction
Gather and analyse client feedback to identify areas of improvement and work with internal teams to enhance service delivery
Regularly prepare and present reports on client account status, performance metrics, and recommendations to both clients and senior management
Sales Support
Support in identifying new client opportunities, generating sales leads, and helping to convert prospects into clients under the guidance of senior team members
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to help develop targeted campaigns and contribute to idea sessions for new service ideas
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients based on their evolving needs
Marketing Communications
Assist in developing marketing strategies and creating communications such as newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials that help promote our services
Support the team in analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvements
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights that support client retention and business growth
