German speaking Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Wigan
Hybrid work: 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum plus great benefits

The company:
An industry-leading manufacturer and supplier, proudly serving customers both domestically and around the globe.

Main duties:
Act as the main point of contact for customer service and manage a customer order from inquiry to delivery.

The role:
- To actively build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- To manage sales orders from entry to completion, including order entry, quotations, follow-up on purchase orders, confirmation of shipment dates and delivery inquiries and shipment tracking
- To respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate and complete information
- To provide proactive assistance to the team and other departments within the company as needed

The candidate:
- Fluent German in both written and spoken is essential
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail are required
- Excellent communication skills are necessary
- Candidates should be proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure
- Experience with SAP is a significant advantage

The salary: Up to £30,000 per annum plus great benefits
