Mobile M&E Engineer – North London – £48,000

The Role

As a Mobile M&E Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems across a variety of commercial properties. Your duties will include:

* Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.

* Diagnosing and rectifying faults in electrical and mechanical systems.

* Liaising with clients to provide exceptional service and ensure compliance with industry standards.

* Managing documentation and reporting, including completing job sheets and maintenance logs.

* Traveling to multiple sites within Central London as part of a mobile team.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

* Proven experience in a similar M&E role, preferably in a mobile capacity.

* Electrically qualified to Level 3

* Time served Mechanical experience

* 18th Edition

* FGas (Desirable)

* A sound understanding of building services systems, including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing.

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* A full, valid UK driving license.
