£70,000 - £75,000 + Car allowance & Bonus.

They’re already a leader in their category, supplying major retailers and foodservice outlets with top-tier products. Now, they need a Technical Manager who can drive excellence, ensure compliance, and embed a strong food safety culture across the site.

This is a role with real ownership. You’ll be leading the technical function, making sure everything from HACCP to retailer audits runs seamlessly. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team, providing expertise on quality, food safety, and legislative compliance, while also developing and mentoring your team to keep raising the bar.

The site is in great shape, but there’s always room for improvement. Whether it’s supporting NPD trials, refining processes, or keeping ahead of industry changes, you’ll be the technical driving force behind continuous improvement.

To thrive here, you’ll need solid technical leadership experience in food manufacturing, strong retailer and audit knowledge, and the ability to balance compliance with commercial awareness. A food science background, Level 4 HACCP, and a deep understanding of allergen and TACCP management will set you up for success.
