An opportunity for an Administrator has arisen with the local authorities on a 6 Month contract
Pay Rate: £15.63 Per Hour (PAYE) plus Holiday pay.
Location: IG1 1NY
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office
Typical involvement will include:
Minute-taking during meetings
Scanning and copying documents
Preparing and organising information packs
Office organisation and maintenance
Organising events and workshopsQualifications and Experience:
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Experience with office equipment such as scanners and copiers
Event planning and coordination skills
