We are a growing healthcare recruitment agency looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive new client partnerships and grow our presence within the healthcare sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident, determined, and hungry to make serious money!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
✅ Build strong relationships with care homes, hospitals, and healthcare providers
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
✅ Negotiate contracts and service agreements with new and existing clients
✅ Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful placements
✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets, earning uncapped commission

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within recruitment or healthcare
✔️ A confident and persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation skills
✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and determined to succeed
✔️ Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
