Production & Warehouse Operative

Location: Wotton Under Edge

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-15:15 (including a 45-minute paid lunch break)

Salary: Competitive salary, 25 days holiday, plus excellent benefits

We are currently seeking a dynamic Production/Warehouse Operative to join our Operations team at our rural location. This role requires a motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have previous experience in food production or warehouse operations

Key Responsibilities of a Production & Warehouse Operative

* Production of Seasonings & Food Ingredients

* Hygienic Cleaning of Factory and Warehouse

* Material Management and Stock Rotation

* Picking and Despatch of Goods

* Stock Taking and Record Keeping

* Ensuring Food Safety Standards and Hygiene

* Maintenance of Cleaning Records

* Compliance with Production and Storage Procedures

Key Skills of a Production & Warehouse Operative

* Experience in Food Manufacturing

* Training in Food Hygiene, Allergen Awareness, and Manual Handling

* Counterbalance and/or Bendi Fork Lift Truck license desirable

* Safe Operation of Fork Lift Trucks

* Team Player with Attention to Detail

* Ability to Lift up to 25KG

* Fluent in English (written and verbal)

* Full UK Driving License and Own Vehicle

* Right to Work in the UK

* Willingness to Wear Food Safety PPE
