My client are seeking an Administrator to join their friendly team on a full-time, term time only basis. In return, they can offer a generous benefits package including hybrid and flexible working.
The Role:
* Constant monitoring of the main email inbox, filtering out orders and queries.
* Processing customer orders through an inhouse system.
* Assess, analyse and cross check order details as they are processed
* Support the Sales Team to maintain & improve our ordering process whilst having
* Confidence to communicate with customers clearly via telephone and email
* Extensive use of the scanner for sales and warehouse documents
* Daily communication with the Customer Experience Manager to keep updated of orders that
come in and any issues in processing.
The Candidate:
* We are looking for a candidate with strong multi-tasking skills who is able to process large amounts of data.
* You will be a strong communicator and team player.
* Good IT skills are crucial along with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
