We are looking for an Vehicle Technician for our family run business in Berkhamsted. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and motivated. You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an established workshop providing a near-dealership experience.

A large part of the Vehicle Technician position involves:

* Carrying out maintenance, servicing and repairs of vehicles to excellent standards.

* Must be comfortable in all aspects of repair on clutches, cambelts, timing belts etc...

* Communicating with the team, ensuring work is carried out as efficient as possible.

* MOT Testing license will be benefitial, carrying out occasional class 4 and 7s

* Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.

* Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.

* Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

About our requirements:

We expect our new Vehicle Technician to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

* Diligent

* Efficient.

* Ability to work under pressure.

* Quality awareness.

* Customer awareness.

* Communication and teamwork skills.

* Full driving license.

Working hours; Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 17:30pm / Saturday (non compulsory however available)
