Are you an experienced leader with a background in manufacturing looking to progress your career and become a key figure responsible for a production team within a well-established and continuously expanding global company?

In this role you will be in charge of the production team, providing leadership to help drive for superior results, exceed KPI targets and strive for continuous improvement within the department.

The role would suit a candidate with demonstrated experience leading and motivating staff within a manufacturing facility, looking to join a global rapidly expanding business.

The Role:

Leading and motivating the production team
Production scheduling, optimising efficiencies, health & safety
£40,000 - £45,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + Overtime
33 Days Holiday which goes up to 37 after 6 months
The Candidate:

Leadership skills
Print or packaging industry experience ideally, but other backgrounds welcome
