Walker & Sloan is seeking a driven and experienced Senior / Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established regional contractor based in Bristol. Specializing in residential projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and external works, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and impactful developments.

In this position, you will take ownership of financial management across projects, including cost control, contract administration, and client liaison. You’ll manage budgets, forecast costs, and oversee the procurement and management of subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

To succeed, you’ll need strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A proven track record in residential construction is essential, along with experience in both refurbishment and new build projects.

This role is perfect for a QS ready to step up or a seasoned Senior QS looking for their next challenge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
