As part of their expansion, they're recruiting a valuer, to join their dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

* You will start your day with a morning meeting with the rest of your team.

* You will follow up on valuations and any new business opportunities and have a keen eye for new business generation.

* You will work to targets around listings and conversion rates.

* You will actively prospect for new business.

* You will monitor business generation and targets for your branch.

* You will carry out sales and lettings valuations.

Key Criteria:

* Estate agency experience (2 years).

* Excellent communication skills.

* The ability to close a sale.
