A major rentals business specialising in Heavy Plant & Equipment are looking for a Workshop Foreman to oversee the workshop and perform repairs on machinery.
 
Role: Workshop Foreman
Area: Bristol
Salary: £55,000 per year / £21.15 per hour + benefits

The requirements of the Workshop Foreman will be:

As Workshop Foreman, you will be required to supervisor daily workshop operations and manage maintenance schedules
Performing heavy equipment repairs
Ensuring safety standards are met
Coordinating with the service team
Overseeing workshop tasks
Working Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pmThe ideal candidate for Workshop Foreman will have:

Supervisory and Communication skills
Experience with Heavy Equipment and Maintenance
Knowledge of heavy plant
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience in the plant rental or related industry is a plus
