The Role
The role is for an experienced candidate from a quality inspection background to work as a senior quality inspector for a leading precision engineer specialising in the manufacture of automotive and motorsport components. You will be responsible for inspection of components using a manual CMM (which training can be provided for) and hand-held measuring devices such as micrometres, verniers, callipers & gauges. You will also be responsible for compiling and managing FAIR’s & PPAP’s for certain components and jobs.

* Quality Inspection of CNC machined automotive components – using hand-held devices & a manual QCT CMM.

* FAIR’s & PPAP creation.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role will have the following attributes;
You will have 2+ years of exposure in a quality inspection role preferably within the automotive industry (although other industries will be considered). You will also be able to create, review & analyse FAIR’s & PPAP’s.
