£30,000 Full time and Permanent
Please note that this is a fully office-based role.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage HR administrative tasks including the full employee lifecycle.
Manage employee enquiries
Assist in the production of HR metrics
Manage the work experience and intern programme
Manage the recruitment process, as well as the onboarding process
Assist in a range of activities and providing necessary support to the wider HR team
HR Administrator - About you
Previous experience working as a HR Administrator
Familiarity with UK employment legislation
Experience with Payroll is preferred
Strong IT skills, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, SharePoint
Ability to critically examine information for accuracy and quality
Strong communication skills
Previous experience with Recruitment
Able to work in a team with people at all levels of the organisation
Confidential & trustworthy, understand the importance of handling sensitive data
Ideally CIPD qualified but not essential.
