Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 plus 25 Days Paid Holiday, Vendor Certifications, Private Pension Scheme, Career Progression

Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing technical queries both remotely and on-site
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades and new system implementations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction and resolve IT issues efficiently
- Maintain and update documentation for all IT support and infrastructure changes
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in an IT Support role, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows, networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Office 365, network configuration, and general IT maintenance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
