We’re looking for a tenacious and detail-oriented Finance Officer eager to make a significant impact on a small, dynamic company while gaining a broad range of skills in finance.

Key responsibilities

* Perform daily bank reconciliations

* Raise customer invoices (monthly and ad-hoc)

* Prepare weekly pay runs and load them to the bank

* Process monthly payroll uploads

* Complete month-end balance sheet reconciliations and journals

* Support the Finance Director with tasks such as month-end reviews, reporting dashboards, debtor management, financial planning, and more

What we’re looking for

* Extensive experience in a finance role handling similar responsibilities

* Strong analytical skills and a genuine passion for working with numbers

* Ability to thrive in a small team and confidently use your own initiative on a daily basis to tackle challenges

* A strong enthusiasm for learning new skills and applying
