The Role:

A Quantity Surveyor is required to lead the commercial aspects of projects, from initial procurement through to final accounts. You will be joining a successful commercial team who harbour relationships and build a collaborative approach both with sub-contractors and other departments. You may lead a solo project, multiple smaller projects at various stages or cover a clients account. The company are growing, profitable and you will have the chance to continue progressing your career.

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

* Experience working for a Main Contractor as a Quantity Surveyor

* JCT Contract knowledge

* Delivered multiple projects as a sole Quantity Surveyor from start to finish.

It is desirable to have:

* Relevant further education such as a Quantity Surveying degree

* Worked on fast paced projects, potentially fit out.
