Key Responsibilities

Drive BMS Project Sales: Lead sales efforts, identify potential clients, and generate new business opportunities within Scotland.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored smart building solutions.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Technical Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) to effectively present and sell products and services.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, particularly in smart building technologies and sustainability practices.
Travel: Willingness to travel within Scotland for client meetings and project consultations.
Qualifications and Skills

Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in BMS sales or a related field within the building controls industry.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Building Management Systems and their applications in creating energy-efficient, sustainable buildings.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies and achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Customer-Facing Skills: Confidence in presenting to and engaging with customers, addressing their technical requirements, and offering suitable solutions.
Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly, especially in terms of new products, technologies, and solutions.
