Post Completion Team Leader (Remortgage) - Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of post-completion and admin assistants to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.
Provide mentoring and support to team members, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.
Oversee caseloads and assist team members in managing workflow to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, borrowers, and third-party institutions, to maintain excellent communication and client satisfaction.
Monitor team performance, conducting regular one-to-one meetings, and providing feedback to ensure high standards are maintained.
Report on post-completion activity and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.Profile

Post Completion Team Leader - What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in managing and leading a team, ideally within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Prior experience in remortgage, post-completion, or conveyancing is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and team members.
A results-driven attitude with excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with deadlines and service level agreements.
A proactive approach to coaching, development, and performance management.
Solid IT skills, ideally with experience in case management systems.Job Offer
