Head chef required for the main restaurant of a London 5 star Hotel, this main restaurant opens for lunch, afternoon tea and dinners. They have a number of teams who deliver amazing dishes in this restaurant. The head chef will oversea the main restaurant kitchen and coordinate the various parts of it. This role works under the Exec chef for the Hotel and the role is is suitable for either a Head chef or a senior sous chef stepping up. The restaurant as you would expect in the London 5 star market serves amazing British and French dishes. Head Chef, 5 star Hotel £66k salary + service, 5 single shifts, 48hr weeks.

The role
As a head chef you will run the main restaurant kitchen, you will coordinate the various teams and menus for the main restaurant. you will be running the pass, ensure the rotas are right, you will order the food from the hotel stores for your kitchen. You will ensure everything runs smoothly and this role reports into the Hotel Exec chef. This head chef role will include all the standard head chef duties,

Expeirence
We are looking for a head chef or a senior sous chef who has a strong knowledge of British and French cookery, you will understand the 5 star market and the London dining market. you will be organised and able to run a team. As this role reports into a Exec chef, this role would be suitable for a 5 star hotel head chef or a senior sous chef looking to step up, with a strong 5 star background
