Location: Bromsgrove

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Package

Skilled Careers are working with an Main Contractor who are looking for a  Senior Site Manager. 

The ideal Senior Site Manager will have previous experience in a delivery position from planning to site completion. 

This a fantastic opportunity for you to oversee a project from start to finish and be part of a company that will give you the chance to be a main pillar for growth in the Midlands. 

Responsibilities

Liaising with various office departments in terms of reporting their build progress, health and safety, materials, drawings and sub-contractors. 

Supervising and motivating their sub-contractors and internal site team. 

Ensuring that the site is managed safely and meets all Health and Safety regulations. 

Maintaining build quality on-site 

Requirements

UK Main Contractor experience (Essential) 

A proven track record in delivering projects in excess of £20m
