My client is a long established main contractor who specialise in commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects in Central London with values ranging £5m to £50m.

Due to new project awards starting in January, an opportunity is available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a £15m commercial office refurbishment project on a London Landmark.

Experience of managing 2 Stage PCSA's with a main contractor is essential for this role along with a track record of delivering commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects in excess of £10m
