Community Activities Learning Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join us as a Community Activities Learning Lead.
In this role, you will support the Regional CSP Manager in developing and maintaining a high-quality service that meets the needs of our service users and complies with legislative and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the planning and delivery of meaningful and purposeful sessions
* Proactively organise and run activities
* Adhering to policies and procedures and ensuring health and safety awareness.
* Enable service users to participate fully in planning, decision-making, and participate in their communities.
* Promote service user involvement and provide opportunities for personal growth and achievement.
* Collaborate with colleagues and maintaining good relationships with professionals and services in the area.
* Contribute to new ideas and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
* Make informed decisions, resolve problems, and manage projects effectively.
* Flexibility to work out of hours and be part of on call team (Additional Pay)
Requirements:
* NVQ level 2 or at least 2 years' experience within health care role
* Strong leadership, planning and team management skills.
* Confident communicator
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and quality standards.
* Ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships.
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Highly organized with effective time management.
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive working environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour/£25,350 annually – plus opportunity for extra hours
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
