Key Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support for pupils, helping them to engage with their learning.
Assist the class teacher with day-to-day tasks, ensuring a smooth learning environment.
Work one-on-one or with small groups to support students who may need extra guidance.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging positive behaviour and participation.
Adapt learning materials and activities to meet the needs of individual pupils.

Requirements:

A positive and patient approach to working with children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
