The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor's Role

The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will manage freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity with the support of a dynamic and dedicated team. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach are essential, as the firm has built its reputation on delivering exceptional service.

The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

To be considered for this role, the Residential Conveyancing Solicitor must have:

2-3 years of PQE in residential conveyancing
A solid understanding of freehold and leasehold property law
Excellent technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
Strong client relationship skills and attention to detail
