Working for this widely respected supplier of DIY components, you’ll lead a team of up to 10 Field Sales consultants, ensuring they are meeting their targets individually and across your patch which would be from SE London across Kent to SE Kent aswell.

Salary – £33,825 Basic + Bonus (OTE – 49K) + Company Car

Location – South East London, Kent, South East Kent

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 9-5:30 / Mon-Fri

The Role

You’ll ensure existing accounts are looked after and retained by conducting customer visits and strengthening account relationships. An important part of your role is taking responsibility for your teams’ performance and coaching them to continuously improve.

This is a mostly field based role, with 70% spent in field and 30% working from home. You’ll develop business plans, prospect for new business and keep on top of industry trends by undertaking competitor analysis.

If you have construction or DIY experience then that would be an advantage!
