Hybrid Buying Administrator | Leeds | Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 + Benefits

Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a leading FMCG supplier based in Leeds. The
successful candidate will provide accurate and comprehensive buying administrative support to the Senior Buyer and wider trading team.

Responsibilities for a Buying Administrator (but not limited to)

· Price management & promotion activity
· Overall data maintenance
· Ad hoc reporting as instructed by Senior Buyer
· Working with our China Team on critical path
· Weekly stock reports
· Managing and maintaining of the showroom
· Consolidating and posting samples new for our sales team
· Aiding the Senior Buyer with Launch Plan activity
· Supporting with supplier management and communication
· Updating the team about any delays or problems with suppliers, purchase orders and NPD
· Researching new products and suppliers
· Maintaining records of supplier contracts
· Staying up-to-date and reporting on market trends
· Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
· Working closely with the sales team with quote and new product set up (on customers sites)
· Working with all trading team to ensure products set up is on time, using critical paths
· General Admin duties
