The role:

We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineers to work on-site for a fantastic technology consultancy in Belfast.
The role is centred around providing 1st and 2nd line break/fix Windows onsite support. Key Information:

Duration: 10 months - Temp to Perm
Pay: Circa £24 per hour Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
Location: On site in Belfast
Start Date: ASAP
Circa 7.5 working hours per day The Key Requirements:

Demonstrable experience with 1st and 2nd Line Desktop Support.
Office 365 & MS Teams
Windows 7 / 10
Office 365, Teams
VPN's
BYOD
OneNote
ServiceNow ticketing system experience. You will need to go through DBS check before starting.
