Workplace description: This elegant mansion in the beautiful countryside of Surrey, has a peaceful location surrounded by green gardens, yet only a few minutes from the centre of Woking. The stylish bedrooms each have a flat-screen TV, work desk, luxury modern bathrooms with complimentary toiletries and high-speed Wi-Fi is which is also available in public areas. Guests can relax in the bar, or enjoy a meal within the hotel’s restaurant which offers a seasonal menu using locally sourced ingredients or relax on the terrace overlooking the manicured gardens.

Main duties and responsibilities: Assists and supports the Head & Sous Chef in the preparation of different foods

Assists with the enforcement of health and safety standard within the kitchen

Ensures that customers are served quality food and in a manner that is timely

Essential criteria: You will have a passion for the industry and attention to detail. You must also have an excellent attitude and the willingness to learn and be looking to develop your career. You will have previous experience in a hotel environment and have good team spirit.
