Line Leaders Wanted In TILBURY!

Logistics People are looking for Line Leaders to join our team.

Location: Tilbury, Integrated Packing Services (IPS)

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 Fixed Shifts Available
Pay rate: £15.15 P/hr

Position: Line Leader

As a Line Leader for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:

Operate packing machinery and production lines.
Manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standards
Effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets.
Ensure the final product meets client specifications (SPI).
Effectively maximize production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basis.
Adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations.
Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.
Any other reasonable tasks, as per Shift Manager's request.
Experience working on a production line or in a similar role
Organizational and leadership abilities.
Problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
