Graduation Assistant

Salary: £12.89

Location: Holborn

We are running 10 ceremonies this summer at a prestigious university based in Holborn. We are recruiting for 5 temps to work 16th -19th July. The tasks will be generally assisting with ceremonies. This could entail stewarding, ushering, wand bearing, working on the ticket desk, working on the certificate desk etc. Two of the five temps will be required for stewarding. All roles require staff to be on their feet for most, if not all, of the duration of their shift.

X2 Temps (undertaking stewarding role) - hours as follows:

Tuesday 16 July: 12noon-6pm

Wednesday 17 July: 9.30am-7pm

Thursday 18 July: 9.30am-7pm

Friday 19 July: 9.30am-7pm

X3 Temps (will be asked to cover a variety of roles as required) - hours as follows:

Tuesday 16 July: 12noon-6pm

Wednesday 17 July: 9am-6.30pm

Thursday 18 July: 9am-6.30pm

Friday 19 July: 9am-6.30pm

Some flexibility may be required.

On 16 July, staff would get at least a 30-minute break. On all other days, staff would get an hour break.
