Multi-Trade required in Portsmouth.

My client is currently seeking operatives who are skilled in multiple disciplines within property maintenance. While bathroom/kitchen fitting isn't all they do, it is very beneficial that you are competent in either kitchens or bathrooms as that covers all the trades they generally carry out repairs on. The right candidate must be very personable as this work may include occupied properties.

Have basic skillsets within, Carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting/decorating.

Requirements:

Experience/Qualifications in relevant trades
Own tools
PPE
Transport
