A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an M&E Supervisor with an electrical bias to join their growing team, covering a prestigious, commercial site in Stretford, Manchester

The Role

As the M&E Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

* A mixture between on the tools doing electrical bias works and office-based overseeing a small team.

* Fill out required paperwork, team meetings, site audits, and other supervisory duties.

* Overseeing and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance works to electrical bias maintenance systems within a commercial environment

* Working Mon- Fri 40 hour week, overtime is available, paid at overtime rates.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of M&E Supervisor, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* You will hold electrical qualifications—Parts 1 & 2 & 18th edition.

* Experience in a facilities maintenance / M&E building service role is essential.

* Strong communication skills.

* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.

* Commutable distance from Manchester
