Their state of the art distribution centre site requires a Warehouse manager to lead from the front and make this role their own.

Role

This a key role within the business where you will be tasked with being responsible for the highest levels of customer service.

As the Warehouse Manager your responsibilities are:

Delivering first class internal and external customer service
Shift Management of your team
Managing stock inventory
Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to at all times
Delivering training
Producing reports
Delivery a culture of continuous improvement
Recruitment
Conducting 1-2-1s
Full budgetary control

The ideal candidate for this Warehouse Manager role:

Must be driven, motivated, engaging and able to build strong relationships
Ideally have experience in managing a team
