If you have a keen interest in property law and hold a law degree, this role provides an excellent foundation for your legal career. About the Role

This is an exciting chance to become an integral part of a friendly and professional legal team, supporting solicitors on a range of property transactions and legal matters. Your responsibilities will include:

Drafting documents and letters under supervision
Preparing and completing basic legal documents and forms
Conducting legal research on behalf of fee earners
Organising and managing legal files, including opening and closing matters
Assisting with administrative duties, such as event coordination
Liaising with clients via email and telephone
Attending client meetings and taking notes when required
This role is perfect for candidates looking to build their experience in Commercial Property law within a supportive and professional environment.

About You

We are looking for candidates who have:

A law degree and a genuine interest in Commercial Property
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational abilities
The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to learning and development
Prior paralegal experience (advantageous but not essential)
