We are looking for an experienced Mobile Photocopier Engineer to cover the North East Region encompassing Newcastle, Durham, Teesside and surrounding areas.
Photocopier Engineer - Key Responsibilities:
* Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers
* Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
* Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
* Providing an exceptional customer service
Photocopier Engineer - Essential Experience:
* It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
* Good IT / Networking skills
* Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
* Great time management and ability to work under pressure
Photocopier Engineer - Desirable Experience
* Manufacturer trained on any of the following machines; Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark, Epson.
* Experience on IT solutions (Papercut or similar)
