In this role, you'll be tasked with growing the Business Advisory team to 4 or 5 members while balancing compliance work (around a third of your responsibilities) with a strong focus on advisory services (two-thirds). The faster the team grows, the more advisory work you'll take on, positioning you to be at the forefront of driving client value. You'll also manage a portfolio of owner-managed businesses (OMBs) with turnovers between £1m and £10m, giving you a diverse range of client interactions and challenges.

Proven experience in corporate tax, with knowledge of personal tax and family investment companies a plus.
